年始の出荷につきまして、ありがたい事に非常に多くのご注文を頂いております。
・BOX, CHESTを含まないご注文は、明日の便までに全て出荷完了予定です。
・BOX, CHESTを含むご注文は、週明け10日頃までに発送完了予定となっております。

As of today, we have ended the shipping of all orders delayed by COVID19.
With this, international shipping has been normalized.

We have good news and bad news.
The good news is that we have resumed shipping to the US, Australia and other countries.
We are currently using DHL for alternate shipping to Canada, USA and Australia, as well as other countries where Japan Post is unable to ship.
This is also a shipping test, so please let us know if you have any problems or suggestions for improvement.
In addition, we are preparing to complete all shipments that have been delayed due to COVID19 by the end of November.

Japan Post has announced a significant increase in e-packet shipping rates to the United States starting in April 2021.
We at Diverse Direct try to offer the lowest possible shipping rates to international destinations, but this announcement has forced us to revise our shipping rates as well.
We will announce the details at a later date, but we will keep the current shipping rates for the time being.
If you want to ship at the current shipping rates, we recommend that you purchase as soon as possible.

良いニュースは米国やオーストラリアなどへの発送を再開した事です。
現在、カナダ・米国・オーストラリアの他に日本郵便が発送できない国に関してはDHLによる代替発送を行っています。
これは発送テストも兼ねているので悪い点や改善点があればフィードバックを連絡してください。
また、COVID19により発送が遅延している荷物について、11月中に発送をすべて完了させる準備をしています。

日本郵便は2021年4月より米国宛のeパケット送料を大幅に値上げする発表をしました。
Diverse Directは海外に向けて可能な限り安い送料で発送する事を心がけていますが、この発表を受けて我々も送料の改定をせざるを得なくなりました。
詳細は後日発表しますが、しばらくは現在の送料のままです。
もし現在の送料で発送を希望される場合は早めの購入をおすすめします。
